Set along the Miami River, Casa Neos is a 30,000-square-foot property, complete with five-star boutique accommodations, an exclusive members’ beach club and more. Casa Neos is founded and operated by Riviera Dining Group (RDG), a luxury lifestyle and hospitality group with concepts across Florida and rapid expansion plans into global markets slated for the next 24 months.
The project comprises four settings: Casa Neos Restaurant, a two-floor outlet serving Mediterranean fare; Casa Neos Boutique Hotel, a four-suite, hyper-luxury boutique hotel; Noora, a rooftop restaurant and lounge; and Casa Neos MM, a members-only beach club.
Casa Neos MM Beach Club is a members-only riverfront escape for MM members, presenting members the opportunity to partake in a network of restaurants and lounges. This expansion adds another layer of privatized experiences beyond the existing Mila MM and Ava MM.
Casa Neos MM Beach Club has a warm saltwater pool with a wooden deck, oversized parasols, sunbeds and private cabanas. Members can enjoy cocktails, bottle service and a full menu of Mediterranean-inspired bites and sushi rolls. Perched along the dock, the co-branded 45-foot MM boat in partnership with Vanquish Yachts will also be available for members to use. Members will also have access to exclusive activations and partnerships.
Casa Neos Restaurant occupies the first and second floors. The two-story restaurant is led by Chef Michaël Michaelidis, head of culinary at RDG, with 26 Michelin stars worth of experience under his belt. Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Casa Neos Restaurant offers a blend of Mediterranean cuisine and mixology.
Slated to open in fall 2024 is Casa Neos Boutique Hotel located on the third floor. It will have just four suites, each offering king-size beds, full bathrooms with rainforest showers, outdoor terraces and views of the Miami River.
Also being unveiled in fall 2024 is Noora, a rooftop restaurant and lounge paying homage to Moroccan and North African cultures through its cuisine, mixology and music. Featuring skyline views, Noora offers a MediterrAfrican journey, magnified by the flavor profiles and traditions of Lebanon, Turkey and Morocco.
