Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Raffles Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Located a short drive away from the main attractions of the “Pink City” and surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, Raffles Jaipur has 50 guestrooms and suites, each unique in layout and décor. All guestrooms also offer a balcony with an outdoor soaking tub or plunge pool.
Guests of Raffles Jaipur can avail themselves of the brand’s signature butler service. Unique to the property, butlers will provide guests with curated healing rituals traditional to Rajasthani culture, including botanical infused bathing, health elixirs made from local spices and plant-based ointments.
Arkaa, the hotel’s specialty restaurant, serves primarily plant-based dishes using local ingredients sourced from nearby micro-farms. Libations at the hotel’s Writers Bar include freshly ground spices and herbs sourced from the hotel’s garden (be sure to try the Jaipur Sling). Traditional afternoon tea is served in Safir, while the rooftop bar Sehara offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes with an emphasis on Italian specialties alongside views of the Aravalli Hills.
Wellness facilities include a 6,673-square-foot spa featuring treatment rooms and mineral pools, in addition to a fitness studio and rooftop pool.
Raffles Jaipur’s calendar of events and experiences aims to connect guests with the local heritage and culture. The roster includes dining experiences, masterclasses with local artisans and private concerts. Later this year, the hotel will unveil an Artisan Trail, where participants can connect with local artisans and creators, exploring their crafts and stories.
Sister property Raffles Udaipur, which opened in 2021, is located just an hour away via domestic flight and is ideal for visitors looking to continue their journey further into Rajasthan.
